Solids RA is an innovative application designed to facilitate the teaching of geometry through augmented reality technology. It enables users to visualize and interact with three-dimensional geometric solids by scanning QR codes using an Android smartphone or tablet. To utilize the application effectively, users should download and print the available QR code material, which can be accessed via the link provided at the end of this description or through the application's information screen.

The application comprises five comprehensive modules: Visualization, Nets, Creation, Modeling, and Geoboard.

Within the Visualization module, users can explore a collection of 42 geometric solids, with features that allow for enhanced interaction. These include options to display or hide edges and vertices, adjust transparency of faces, and modify the height of objects relative to their QR code anchors. Additionally, users can rotate and scale solids to better understand their spatial properties.

The Nets module offers an animated collection of six geometric solids, illustrating their flat unfolded patterns. This facilitates comprehension of how three-dimensional figures relate to their two-dimensional nets.

The Creation module provides an environment for constructing custom augmented reality scenes using primitive shapes such as cubes, spheres, cones, cylinders, pyramids, and semi-spheres. Users can manipulate these objects through translation, rotation, and scaling operations, thereby fostering creativity and spatial reasoning.

In the Modeling module, various QR codes are employed to generate models of both two-dimensional figures—such as polygons and circles—and three-dimensional objects like prisms, pyramids, and truncated cones. This feature enhances understanding of geometric construction principles.

The Geoboard module offers a virtual geoboard interface where users can add lines and figures in both two and three dimensions. This tool supports exploration of geometry concepts through direct interaction.
